Just got banned by amazon

I was selling a few items that I owned for a while and was just banned. According to the info that I received amazon believes I was selling counterfeits. I was selling shirts, jerseys, and various old video games and military uniforms. All those items I have owned for a while and listed them as used and a couple were like new. But I was still banned. Any advice.

I think Shirts, Jerseys, Uniforms (Clothes) have to be new, not used. And required category approved before you can list. Not so sure but I remember that what I have been read

According to the OP, It should be suspended. I think he can still log in.

@UGK: Those items are good to sell on eBay. better profits and low risk to your acct.

Have heard plenty others having issues selling Jerseys. Be careful selling them on eBay too.

Sports jerseys? Reebok and Nike = ban. eBay you will have problems too. Sell them at flea market.

You must put in appeal, stating these are your own personal goods. You have owned them for many years but now you have to sell them as you need the cash. I assume they are all single item?
