 amazon ghost new billing address question
Option1:using a friend or family address
it says:
using an address who has never been signed up for an amazon account!
and Option 3 it says:using any address (if you don't need buyer return)
my question:if using any address how should i know if that address has been signed up for an amazon account or not?
my understanding is that if that address has been signed up for an amazon account but not suspended by amazon ,it would still be ok?
option two is not suitable for me
i can use option one :use a family or friend's address.
but my concern is that he may have his own amazon signed up ,but i am sure never been suspend.
appreciate any suggestion
