Only thing is that the item is still listed no problems and nothing has changed as far as me selling?

i cant reply to the message either even tho i would like to try as i have a brilliant defence ready.

Well pray it is just a warning. If they didn't block your listing then you might be OK

Someone reported you, left you feedback stating its counterfeit or messaged you saying you sold them counterfeit.

One of those happened.

Be careful, that is how suspension starts, if you keep getting complaints you will be suspended sooner than later

This thing just happened me 2 days ago.Got a similar message of policy warning and amazon also blocked listing but the confusing part is I sold 12 of those items and all were in transit and none of them delivered to customers and the item themselves were books and not even phakes . turns out a potential customer had messaged me that she had been scammed by another seller selling phake item and wanted to confirm mine was legit and later bought the item from me but that message flagged the listing and got a policy warning .and before the items even got delivered that flagged message and subsequent policy warning.Now that account with 100percent feedback 94 on 100 score and good standing is suspended with 125k on it.
is this an amazon bot issue or what

You will just have to appeal and hope the best.
