Add a product, and no listing

Did an "add a product" and got the usual your listing is being created note.

Then it was never created and no email of creation. Did this twice.

The product has a listing on AZ U.S. but will not list in Canada.

Any ideas? Was a Wolfgang Puck kitchen appliance.
