My amazon account health is "Fair" please give me some suggestions
 

hi, all

needing some suggestion on action to take on my amazon account that is on Fair condition:

3 Fair condition: ODR, Policy Violations, and Contact Response Time


ODR
short term ODR: 1.6%
long term ODR: 1.25%

Policy violations
no email from amazon, not sure what that violation is (should i call to find out?)

Contact response time
CRT (7 day): 14%
CRT (30 day): 7%

one guy left me negative feedback this morning (i sell used item and stated in description that item does not come with remote, but he claimed that remote is missing), i already emailed and asked him to return item for full refund.

any suggestion on what to do to get the account health up and prevent my account from being suspended? should i just slow down the selling first?

update:

the policy violations was due to not reading the ODR warning email from amazon, just read the email from my seller account and the policy violation turned back to green now

CRT was due to late responses to 2-3 question in the last week, i can get this back up very quickly

but the ODR, some of the numbers were due to customer returning item and didn't want to pay for the return shipping, so they claimed the items defective

Improve your odr or you are going to get suspended very soon. Your lucky you ain't already. CRT is not that imprtant in terms of they will not suspend you for it being bad.

You need to make more sales to improve the odr., not less. If it stays above 1% you are toast. I'm actually surprised you are still selling. This is an urgent matter

Start selling small items at a loss to get the ODR percent back below 1. I used to get this **** from Walmart and dollar store.
