I am nervous, is this reason to panic? :(
 
So my contact response time is negative :(.
It's mainly because of 1 guy who always replies on inconvient times, that's why I always respond just a little bit over 24 hours to his emails.

3 out of 4 of the ''late response'' emails are to this guy who was pushing to get a product cheaper >:( . And his greedyness might result in a ban! Why do people do that!? Some people don't realize their greedyness to save a few dollars can get someone else banned! - Or they simply don't care!

This does not affect your account. If you read carefully this is fully explained within seller central. No need to worry.

From what I understand from my own findings, late responses can highly make or break your featured status. If you're featured, you might get kicked off for a few weeks for not responding within the 24 hours.

I am one guy as well, but if I'm awake I always respond within a couple hours. You should try to do this to avoid A-to-z and negative feedbacks. Quick responses are appreciated by classy customers and required by a-hole customers.

Is there a reason that you cannot check the account a couple of times each day? MickeyH stated it does not matter for your seller status and he could be correct, but I was under the impression that this DOES have an effect on your seller rating. Maybe the US and UK are different. I remember when they first started using this metric it stated specifically that it did not count, but I thought they were now including it.

Basically, with stealth, I always strive to make sure I can meet requirements wherever possible. The more proactive you are, the better off you will be. My advice would be to check the account at least 2 times each day for any inquiries to make sure they are answered in 24 hours or less. That is just my opinion, however.

Do what i do and have email account for amazon on your phone. You can easily reply to emails that way and keep your metrics PERFECT!
