Amazon Verification

In regards to using a credit card for verification on Amazon. I have a new checking account and I was hoping to add an additional card holder and use that as the card on file.

Question: If I have another card holder will amazon be able to see the main account holders name?

Don't you GreenDot CC, I recently had all my Amazon accounts suspended which had Greendots attached to them.
