Lets keep this thread strictly on topic - Account Reviews Only & question about disbursements


I know pretty much everyone gets hit with a review at some point.

How long did it last, did they require additional information, what was the result.

So far I'm a little over a week in, they are still lettings order through, which is a positive sign.

the last one took about a month

I stopped selling and was never asked for additional info. I just checked it every week.

It depends on the review. All newer accounts eventually get a 30 day review. Usually, you can keep selling during the review period, but they hold the money until the end of the review.

Other reviews can happen at any time if Amazon sees something on the account they do not like. Usually, in that case, they will ask for more information. Those last anywhere from 1-2 weeks.

Here are exact dates for you...

I just checked the emails on one of my accounts to verify this.

The review process initiated on Dec 16th. On Jan 12th, I was informed I had passed the review process.

This coincides with what others have posted above with a 1 month turn around time.

During the process, I also sold a few items. Every item I sold, I shipped out within 24 hours w/ delivery confirmation.

I also would advise you to reach out to customers and request feedback. Feedback is crucial to any new account and can only help the review process.

Yes! Didn't notice it was until you mentioned. So 28 days seems to be normal.

Yes I know the process, just running a legit account now so was wondering the normal outcome.

I'm not messing with any foo foo items, so I should be good.

24 days on 1 and 26 on the other .these are the recent ones that went on review.on both occasions sent an email telling him everything was fulfilled with expedited shipping and then they opened

First Disbursement After Review?
 

So my account went into review the same day I created it and started selling.

I have been selling all along, all information and items are legit.

I am on day 24 of my review, and a little over 8300 in sales.

When my 28 days is up, and If I pass review ( I Should), do I have to wait an additional time for disbursement, or can I disburse what I have as soon as I pass the review?

You will be able to disbursement on your next pay day. It's depend on the day your account was created and the type of account. Individual is one a week. Pro-Merchant one per two weeks.

I'm not sure if you can get all your money at once

Ok, now anyone want to read my question before they try and post an answer?

Normally after your first hold (If you don't get hit with a review), you can request a disbursement every 24 hours if you want. However, I am specifically asking if after a review, will there be an additional 14 day hold before my first disbursement, or will I be able to disburse right away.

Please refrain from responding unless you have went through this process yourself, trying to avoid speculation and just get facts.

I just looked at one of my recent Amazon accounts that passed review.

Account reinstated on January 12th.
Next payment disbursement was initiated January 18th.

So no, you don't wait an additional 14 days after the review process is over, it is the next payment cycle as Tony mentioned.

in the uk it is every 14 days as per the schedule when you signed up, I think usa is the same

Day 27 here, when I login I no longer get the Under Review banner, looks like I am set to receive my first disbursement, first review passed. Time : 27 Days.

Did you get an email saying you passed it?

And, maybe a dumb question, but what is the "Review Banner"?

My account is under the first velocity review too, and besides my funds being held, you'd never know it. lol

No email saying I passed, which is weird.

However, normally when you login to your account, and click on my seller account, you get a message like a banner up top that says your under review click here for more info.

And normally when you click on Performance, I believe it normally says under review there as well.

Yeah mine doesn't say under review anywhere.

Just in the email that they sent telling me that it was under review, and when I click on "reason" next to "Unavailable Funds" in my disbursement area.
