Amazon Account Suspended = Tax Questions?

I'm needing to print of my 1099-K from 2012 for tax purposes, but my Amazon account was suspended and I can't log in.

I had it printed, by unfortunately my house burned down a couple of weeks ago.

When I try to log onto my Payments account to print it, it keeps saying invalid e-mail/password (guessing because my account was suspended).

How can I contact Amazon to get it if my account is suspended?

What stops you from going to the IRS and getting a copy from them?
