Is it possible to exclude a country? (Greece)

Is it possible to exclude a country from buying products from you?
I have sold several products to customer in Greece, and 70% of them claim that they haven't received my orders. And they're basically the only ones who frequently claim that. I really don't want to ship to Greece anymore, but I don't think this is possible, like it is on eBay?

Re: Is it possible to exclude a country? (Greece)

So I think this guy is suspicious:

''Estimated Delivery: 22 Jan 2014 to 31 Jan 2014''

He send me this email on the 24th of January:

I haven't received my order yet!

And he send me this email today:

I have NOT received my order! Please arrange for a replacement. Thanks!

How do I prevent this customer from ordering again? I don't want this business.

It's like he was planning to make a claim from the day he ordered the product...

Hmm I see it's only possible to decide whether you ship internationally or not....
That's not an option unfortunately :p.

I guess I'll just have to live with it. I'll just make a list with customers who've previously claimed not to have received their product. If they order again, it's obvious why... I'll just choose the most expensive shipping option :).

Re: Is it possible to exclude a country? (Greece)

Now someone else from the Czech Republic is claiming he's still waiting for his products to arrive. Strange thing is, he's claiming he didn't receive none of his products. He probably thinks I send them combined, but I send everything separately. SO he's basically claiming 3 packages are lost, while normally only 1 in 100 packages is 'lost'.

Why do these broke people order from me? Just leave me alone. They're abusing Amazon's customer-friendly system.

And they don't really make it a secret that they want a refund. ''I WANT a refund''

*sigh*

Perhaps change your product lines too helpmelol if it's causing you such a headache on the returns/claims

Yes – you can block buyers from individual countries – including Greece.

Go to MY Ebay > account

From the drop down menu select > site preferences

Scroll down to > shipping preferences click “show”

Scroll down to > exclude shipping locations from your listings – click “edit”

This takes you to a page with all the continents.

To block Greece click the link beside Europe and it will give you a list

Check the box for Greece then scroll down to the very bottom and click APPLY

You must click Apply or it wont work.

Dont check the box for Europe as that will block the whole of Europe.

Your listings are now blocked to Greece.

^^^
Thread is for Amazon. OP says they know how to block individual countries in ebay already. But on Amazon, you cannot block individual countries, but only by regions.

Re: Is it possible to exclude a country? (Greece)

better check the possibility that someone spamming you, 70% is not a normal rate + you have more sines, maybe someone try to close you and registered with just an email from several other countries . At this time the first country someone will have in his ming is Greece because of the news. In this case its not easy to defend your self

as for you zoneout that you finding shady Greece.... you should open and a book time to time.....
