Creating an Amazon acct. w/ Ally Bank?

I was wondering how strict is Amazon when you use your same real name from an account that was banned eight months ago?

My name is rather "unique" and I doubt many if at all anyone one in my state has the same name.

Would I likely be banned wether it be immediately or later?

Reason I have to use my real name is because I've heard Ally Bank is strict with mid matching disbursments.
