bank account under different name
 

Can I use a bank account with the account holder name that is different than the amazon seller account?
Or do I have to add that name (from amazon seller account) to the bank account in order to receive the deposits?

the bank account is new, never been used, but the account holder name is not the same as amazon's. Will that cause any problems?

You can use any checking/savings account in ANY name on Amazon.

If your bank Requires deposits be made in the account holders name only is the only reason it would be rejected.

You normally only find these banks attached to the FREE pre-paid debit cards such as GreenDot, NetSpend, etc...

If you are using a Major Bank, such as BOA, US Bank, Chase, Wells Fargo, etc, then the names DO NOT have to match what you have on file with Amazon.
