Amazon rated at bottom for return policy
 

Just read an article today on Yahoo about the 5 worst rated companies based on their return policy.

Amazon was right at the bottom because apparently, as a buyer, if you make too many requests you get banned. Also if its after 30 days, you might be hit with a 20% restocking fee.

I think after seeing articles like this, Amazon might be facing pressure to make things even better for their buyers, which might end up hurting the sellers even more.

I think most people seem to not understand that Amazon most items to them directly. I doubt they understand that it is individual sellers that they are buying from, similar to eBay.

That's bizarre to me. I did several returns with them this month, including an item from over 3 months ago. I'm not sure why they would be rated so low, their policy is quite impressive to me.

unwarranted returns will of course get you banned. no one wants you to buy stuff and return for no reason, amazon has one of the best return policies if you ask me.

yeah thats shocking to me cause in my mind amazons customer service is unparalleled, absolutely amazing service

Remember, so-called "experts" said the titanic was unsinkable. Don't trust bloggers and talking heads. Everyone has an agenda these days.
