FBA partial refund by Amazon
 

This FBA driving me nut :heh:

- Sold item and FBA for $199 yesterday
- Today got email that Amazon had issued a refund of $129 to buyer.
- Item not have been delivery yet.

Call Amazon this morning
- They said because the price different and buyer call in to adjust it, that why they issue a partial refund. WTF?????
- The lowest price on Amazon now is $144
- Don't know where the heck buyer get the price of $70 from to do price adjust.

Again, they told me that they will reimburse for me in 45 days. But it's still driving me nut :(

If they are going to reimburse you for the the refund they made, is there a problem?

Yes, there is a problem. I have to wait for 45 days to get that money and the time I spend them I rather spend for my kids

Yea but its not like you lost that money. There are users who are losing $200-$500 everyday from scammer buyers who open AZ claims against them.

I would be happy I didnt lose $129 if I was you.
