What you do if a scammer claimed that you sent him a brick which was weighed the same as the item you sent.? If you asked to return, of course he would return you a brick and keep the real item. If he asked for replacement, You wouldn't want to because you're afraid of the same claim.
If it was the case, I know you would rather send him a refund and keep going.
Honestly, I really hate the scammers , they think they're smart. We know they're scammers, but we pretend to be a loser. Amz system is not smart enough to catch these scammers, it only set the strictly rules for sellers. When it hit a claim no matter whom fault, AMZ is on buyers side without investigations or using human brain. Quote:
