Can Kindle link accounts?

My wife's kindle is setup on my old suspended account. When she orders books through the Kindle I get an email saying that she ordered. If she uses the same IP as my new Stealth account will that link to the suspended account?

She doesn't open Amazon in a browser, but isn't a Kindle already logged into Amazon?
