Amazon account got suspended because of returns. help
 

My amazon account got suspended because of returns but I would like it to be unsuspended. How can i get them to activate my account and let me use it. They suspended my account because of excessive refunds.

If it is your first time being restricted, should be a simple fix. Write them(click the appeal button) and tell them your new business plan to curtail the excessive returns.

If it is a crap product, stop selling it. If the buyers are disappointed in quality or say it is not as expected, I would stop selling it for a while and take a good look at description and title.

If the returns are only on 1 or 2 SKU's, try using fulfillment.

Ankush1998! Don't want to disappoint you my friend! Chances are amazon will not reinstated your acc even after you appeal for it. It happened to me back in 2000 and I lost my acc. from amazon. Ebay and Amazon are being absurd nowadays. Both site keep getting rid of small business owner as well as personal sellets

My buying was account was closed due to excessive returns. I'm embarrassed and promise I won't take advantage or their policies so how do I show them that? How do I get my account opened?

its a buyer? ffs just make another one then, follow ghost guide, and you should be fine for buying with a different name at variation address or have the stuff sent to your work or mum etc.

to be honest buyers like you are irrating, there is a seller at the other end having to deal with all your returns and panicking about their account getting a knock...

I just returned like 5 items out of countless hundreds because they were damaged or defected but my brother used my account without my acknowledgment and ordered stuff and returned everything he got from amazon the same day he got them. Its Mostly his fault my amazon account got closed.

How can I appeal for it? I promise that there won't be any excessive returns from my account and that I won't a use their policies anymore. Can someone please help me getting my account back.

Waste of time. Bad buyers simple open a new account. It will take you less than 5 minutes. Not worth talking about at all.

I had my account closed but they did not give me any reasons, emails etc. I dont know why. I did just return two items the following day that were refunded, but who knows since I did not get any emails! Both of those items I had bought "new" from Amazon and they shipped me used items! One was a 500$ computer, clearly used/customer return!

Since I did not know the reason I could not log on, I just called them. I was given the dance of they dont know why and that an account specialist had to call me.

I did not get that call/email or anything, I just tried to login that night and was able to.

Have you tried to call them and plead your case?

I called them but they said that my account is on hold and their customer service doesn't know the actual reason while in the email it said to contact cis@amazon.com and I did that but they keep saying that they won't open it.

I opened a few accounts but they keep closin it and say that it was related to your old account.

simply make another account, use a new cc to pay and stop taking advantage of sellers who are trying to make a living

imbecile brother, keep him out of your stuff...

if there is a link somewhere either with your address, card or the computer, to get you closed down, to outwit them follow the ghost guide.....

It's not just the quantity of returns, it's also the dollar amount of those returns compared to your overall purchases. Also if all the returns happened in a single month, that is a problem. Or if the returns were high priced electronics ... I'm sure they have a high risk categories of returns from scammers.

Also if your brother tore open all the packaging the product can't be resold as new so the seller takes a huge beating - especially if it happens all at once.
