Can I block buyer?
 

I have buyer keeps sending me messages about a used item I have listed. Wants to know if it has any marks. I tell him if he is that concerned then buy new. He wants pictures from every angle. This guy is trouble. Any way to block buyer on Amazon?

You cannot block a buyer, but in my opinion just ignore him. He has bought nothing so it should not affect your metrics. Just click no reply needed.

There is a chance at that point that the guy will just buy the item and then the real trouble begins. If it's a cheap item, it's not worth the trouble. You can respond saying that it has already been sold to a different person and remove it from your inventory. Or try saying that it's scratched to all hell. Don't be afraid to remove an item from your inventory for a few weeks until things cool down, imo.

Yeah, that's what I'm afraid of... The guy just buys it figuring if he later doesn't want it just open an AZ claim. Better to close the item and let him ding a competitor.

you cant ban a buyer but can cancel there order and send an email to amazon at same time

but cancelling an order hurts your metrics. I'd remove the item for a bit

Unlike eB, you cant block buyers in the same on Amazon :(

well if you sell quantity it wont be an issue, and better than a negative
