Amazon Seller Account Under Review Since Feb. 6
 
Hi everyone,

My Amazon seller account is currently under review and has been that way since Feb. 6. The letter sent to me is as follows:

Hello from Amazon.com.

Thank you for writing. At this time, your account is under review; we will contact you again when our review is completed. We appreciate your patience in the interim. We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders.

Thank you for your interest in Amazon.com.

Previously, I was sent the following letter, where I submitted a plan of action afterwards:
Hello from Amazon.

We have removed your selling privileges and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your Amazon.com seller account.

We took this action because you have violated our policies by confirming orders prior to shipping any portion of the orders to the buyers. Sellers may only confirm shipment of an order after sending all or some portion of the customer's order.

You can view previous e-mails about this policy on the Notifications page in the Performance section of your Seller Central account (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...fications.html).

To learn more about this policy, search "Charge When Ship" in seller Help.

We encourage you to take appropriate steps to resolve any pending orders.

Before we can consider reinstating your selling privileges, you must provide a detailed plan for how you will comply with our policies in the future. We will review your plan and determine whether to reinstate your selling privileges.

For guidelines on creating your plan, search "Appeal the Removal of Selling Privileges" in Seller Central Help.

To submit your plan, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Notifications page in the Performance section of Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/...fications.html).

If you do not submit a viable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your listings and hold any funds in your seller account for up to 90 days.

I would like to know if anyone has received the "under review" letter before or something similar , and how long it took for you to receive a response from Amazon. Up to now, I have not received any response from them .

Couple of other users have had this. Letters are nearly identical.

Associate had one for amazon co uk. Response time ( with final outcome) was just on 28 days. They had no contact during that time from amazon co uk.

amazon com users here have had similar time frames.

I've been under review since Jan. 26th, however I am still selling and processing orders just fine.

the first email indicates the account is actually suspended under review so he cant probably sell as yet

try getting feedbacks.if no luck then in the early 20 days mark send them a message from the help section.has mostly worked for me to reinstate it when under review suspension

With this kind of review. Just let the account sleep for 28 days. If no neg feedback, no claim, keep your metric green (answer all the buyer question quick and nice) you will be pass your review and able to sale again after that.

Thank you very much for all of your opinions. I think I will let my account sit for 28 days from the time I got the email on Feb. 6.

Does anybody know if this is a one-time thing or would this happen again in the future? Anyway to possibly avoid it in the future?

normally reviews occur when sales aren't backed up by feedback, if you get enough positives and stay within there metrics you should be ok.


If you sell slow and get feedback as you go along, I think around 10% of sales have feedback you are okay
