Got Suspended Last night
 

I had about $2000 to be sent to my bank yesterday. I was so happy because this was the most I ever made on Amazon, but I got an email that crushed me.

"your account has been suspended, inventory removed, money frozen"

I cried...It acutally hurt wow

They said there was a possible counterfeit item in my inventory and they have a no tolerance policy for that. It was actually one item that they approved me to sell.

I submitted my appeal and explained in detail what I would do from that point on to make things better. Got an email today, "sorry our sellers need to know what they sell is authentic"

What were you selling that you need approval?

Those are things you should stay away from......

This mean you are agree that you sold not authentic good. In your appealed you should proved that you item is authentic and provide documents to backup your story.

Sorry that nothing you can do at this time but a lesson learn and do better next time.

Maybe try to sale a different products.

What are the types of items that fit into this category? I've heard people discuss the counterfeit issue before and I don't have any idea what types of items we're talking about.

google "popular counterfeits" and stay far away from them.

It is hard to give final answer for this issue,because only ebay make the rules if you are selling on ebay but you can make the product by you or your company,like the handmake gifts,you will not have any problem to sell this kinds of products.

You will get your money but unfortunately it will take a full 90 days. Same thing happened to me 4 months ago.
