I actually changed my password several times and the same problem. Never met this problem before (just today on couple of my amazon seller accounts)

Check how you made the accounts to make sure there are no links.

Sorry Dude, your accounts have been deleted and you will have lost your money. However one thought, one of my accounts appeared deleted a few months back using Google chrome, cleared my cookies, cache etc and then I could log in. Check if your listing are still visible on amazon.

no point calling them

can send an email but they will reply to say the nature of the business means they cant speak about it and we wont respond to further email.

Yes im afraid funds have gone as well.

Was this your first amazon account?

Generally amazon will only delete you if you are selling counterfeit or trying to defraud them in some way. Deleting accounts for other breaches such as linking seems to have changed and your account is suspended and you get your funds in 90 days. Read the book.

Far from first, but never encountered that problem, yesterday I met on four of my accounts, so it's like they turned on a new bot to analyze accounts.

Items are not expensive plus I sold few items there and on one of them i didn't sell anything( or maybe one cheap item)

Did you use a VPN or VPS, I've found those to be problematic with amazon

This is a linking problem if more then one was deleted at the same time.

So I called Amazon, but not selling support, since I can't log in, I talked to some guy, he said that my account on hold ( something to verify billing address) he said account specialist will send me email about that in 24 hours

I called to seller support and after several minutes of checking out, some woman told me that I have to write email seller-performance

it's not a money issue for me, practically didn't lose anything, but I don't know what should I do, I mean I can create more accounts, but I have to understand why it happened. I am just sitting on the chair and staring into my screen and I don't want to do **** today, I am just depressed

oh don't worry there are ways around it

you can create a stealth account. Ensure all your details are different from previous account incl phone, address, ip address.

I would advise you don't create an account yet till you know what you must do

May be a blacklisted VPS. That is a concern. Are you logging your IPs?

Going to be interesting to see if you get the follow-up email. Sometimes they promise but it never happens.

really sorry to hear the deletion.dont mean to disappoint you but the call or email in 24 hours that the service staff tells you wont happen.they dont call or email .its practically gone.
must see how you got linked and come back even stronger.

they probably were connected to my suspended accounts, but I am not really getting how ( my first guess now, I got connected by my inventory) but then it happened on the same day to 4 accounts, it seems this bot who shot me down was sleeping. On one account that got this problem I was listing new items that I never listed before on any account that I had

I am sure there are blacklisted IPs, it just I got 4 of them during the same time (what do you mean logging ip?)

like I said I called them again and just asked to connect me to the seller support, at the end a woman from seller-support told to send email to seller-performance

I got the same thing with 12 accounts. Various ages a week ago. I have been trying to figure out how they got linked. I called on the oldest account, and was told they had to verify info. They would send an email that hasn't come. It happened right after I sent tax info on an LLC. I had ramped an account up an was ready to hit the second stage of sales.
Then I couldn't log in. I'm using a verizion hot spot for my ISP. 3 different computers with VM ware, spoof the mac etc.. I am guessing they linked me through the tax id and the Verizion hot spot.

yes this was the first of the 12 that asked for the tax ID. The others were going to sit on the sidelines. It was a newly formed LLC in Ohio. It was my 4th go around with LLC's over 3 years. I sell VERO until I get shut down. I decided this time instead of 1 or 2 accounts of would create a stable of accounts. Didn't work out so well. So its back to the drawing board for me.

To be specific there is 1 of the 12 accounts still alive but I assume its going to be dead any day.

Oh yes I've been suspended from amazon since 2004 just got back on in 2012. I've had been running 2 accounts on fixed Ip's since then. I have no Idea why I got kicked off in 2004 I was selling incense. I just forgot about it until I figured out how to re-open on Amazon. The IPs this time were not close together numerically at all. I really think the hot spot linked everything. Its the only common denominator. It works great for Ebay. Not so much for Amazon. I could of course be wrong, that's why I'm here.
