Amazon blocking FedEx prepaid labels(email)...
 

I have in the past issued FedEx prepaid return labels with no issues. I input the customers Amazon's email address into FedEx. Then, Fedex emails them allowing them to print the label

I have had no issues doing this. Even recently where Amazon have allowed you to upload the files manually.

Now it looks like Amazon has put a stopped to this as im having some issues with more then one customer.

Is there another way to get a return label to them with out manually uploading the file?

you would need to add the fedex email to the approved email list.

I did, but Amazon is removing the link where the customer is directed to print the label.

Are you able to send labels successfully?

i havent checked in awhile but it more than likely due to the fact that its an external link to some other website. Did you contact CS and ask them about it?
