New Amazon Account picture requirement
 

I have applied to sell on amazon on clothing/appearal category. they asked for:

SELLER INFORMATION

E-mail:
Phone:
number of products to be sold:
Estimated online revenue:
Company description:
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Category:
Brands:
Images:

I submitted all the info, but got stuck on the image requirement.

"MAIN images must have a pure white background (pure white blends in with the Amazon search and item detail pages - RGB values of 255, 255, 255)."

I tried to submit the images 3 times already but even though I met all other image requirements, I cant meet the requirement of having the background completely white. Can someone please suggest me a way how i can do this???

you need a dif image

possibly use a site like paint

import pic and save as jpeg

Use photoshop to white out the background.

How is it you have been getting a white background?

They are not new.

In the EU marketplaces these requirements like these exist since end 2013.

It is much more efficient to use a third party photo editing service.

It cost about $1.00 per image. And they have a 24 hour turn around. Just Google

remove thebackground .com

That is who I use.
