Idiot buyer questions

Anyone else getting an influx of really stupid, dumb questions lately?

Some include " how do I pay", is this red (while the title says RED), and the list could continue.

Is it just my time, or just a long cold winter having it's effects on people's brains???

Sorry, just needed to blow some steam; it's been over 2 weeks and the dumb questions just keep coming.

Definitely some low IQs out there. One buyer complained he never received his package and also that the item was not as described.

Standard low IQ questions are hardly a new thing.

I had one question today : 'So I read your listing - what is it that you are selling?' :mad2: description is so clear ugh

This person has no life. Reads listings for items they know nothing about. How sad...

Don't answer if they ask for pictures sent to their own email.
If you do you will get a f-a-ke- "item sold" e-mail. Scammers.

Maybe there is someone from abroad that wants the item shipped to a unusual location and he asks you how he can buy the item, because he cannot put it into the chart when he wants it to be shipped to e.G. China (what you don't offer).
Had people from Indonesia buying on Amazon.it.

this happened to me 2 weeks ago.one of the funniest thing ive seen on amazon.guy orders a bookset over $400 ,pays domestic and then insists on shipping international to middle east .The margin was good so i shipped it.as soon as he gets it he opens a claim for item not as described and didnt know anything about the item and asks me to lower price by 50% or pay for return shipping and take item back.I refused and he opened an a to z ,I submitted invoices and details and while az reviewed the claim the guy got somewhat excited or I dunno what happened he started sending 5 10 messages every hour for return address.I gave him my address ,the guy ships the item back to canada and a day later az settles the a to z in my favour .now the guy is pissed because he's paid over $400 to me and also shipped the item back to me.

You sell on amazon and this is what you have to put with, just to keep your metrics good. Lots of idiots out there, but they pay the mortgage.

Wow! That's crazy. He was so confident he was going to win he starts shipping it before amazon even finished their review. That really says a lot. I'm glad you won.

Re: Idiot buyer questions

I swear it must just be my market, but only 1 in 10 buyers actually read my listing. I've even put the three things to do once you have bought or won an item in big numbered points for people to read.
1. State if you would like to collect or if you would like it delivered
2. Send a contact number so we can arrange delivery/collection
3. We do not ship outside UK mainland.

Most responses,
"Hi, I was wondering how I get this item? How much does it cost to ship to USA?"

Arrerrggghhhhh!!!!!

its very rare they side with the seller , usually the buyer has the edge in a to z claims even if theyre stating incorrect or inflated reasons for return, maybe thats why the guy was opportunistic
