Amazon US IP address

Hey guys, I've been on eBay a long time and I'm going to start venturing into amazon. My question is, for eBay I use a hot spot that constantly changes IP addresses that obviously works great for eBay. Is that an issue for amazon? I know they track MAC address which isn't an issue because I will be using a brand new computer. Thanks

Its a highly contested subject that they do or do not track MAC addresses. SO far all the evidence I have seen suggests they do not.
