| katastrofic | 04-02-2014 07:51 PM | So my wife has an amazon account.. I was wondering, My amazon account was recently suspended..
I decided to go with my wifes Amazon account.. I guess my question is.. Should I be concerned with getting that one suspended?
Here are the facts:
We changed the address on file, her bank account is separate from mine.. She did order one item to our home address.. Is this a cause for concern?
Also, I created a separate user account on the home PC.. Is it safe to begin selling on this account? Any suggestions? |

All addresses you enter are kept logged. |

You will be linked not just with address but with IP as well.
And also if you ever logged on both accounts on the same computer. |

| Bunneh | 04-02-2014 08:14 PM | Re: So my wife has an amazon account.. If its same address, same pc and same connection then yes.
ALL has to be different and old info never used again.
Dont use family names and address's otherwise you make things difficult for them. |
| n8zzz | 04-02-2014 08:21 PM | Re: So my wife has an amazon account.. If you made just 1 order and that's all you have done to link yourself so far, you might be in the clear. If you can make it 30 days after an incident like that occurred, you're very likely to be fine from what I have heard and seen myself. You need to consider this account dead though and work on building up a 2nd account in the very least.. especially if you rely on Amazon for a sizable part of your income like most of us on here do. Good luck! |

If he lists on an account that is linked to a suspended amazon account. It is highly unlikely to last very long, especially when he starts receiving funds and amazon do random checks.
Then his money is lost in a locked account. As amazon just delete accounts.
This is why you start completely fresh with everything new and do not take such a risk and just go stealth. |

The phone number/email address/bank account everything else has been different since the beginning |

What matters is if you ever logged into this account on the same router/modem connection and/or computer as the suspended account even if it was ONCE it is linked to your suspended account because of the one time use of the address. |
Re: So my wife has an amazon account.. @katastrofic, might want to consider just starting all fresh and new a la ghost guide to avoid potential for problems. |

Completely at a loss now, See it confuses me because my wife has family that lives in Arizona, Obviously we live in Maryland.. But she has logged into their account continuously (to take advantage of their prime membership)..
The account holder is her sister, Who also sells on Amazon.. And the account is still running strong, Even though it has shared an IP and Address with my suspended account..
Could this mean I'm safe with her account?
Just wondering as her sisters account is a selling account, And has been used for our address and IP.. Both on my suspended sellers account  |

Dude, just start a stealth account in the USA, don't look for problems, get a 4g mobile router for your connection, download say 'opera' for your browser, use a bank account that is fresh for amazon and a pre paid credit card from CVS and a new mobile phone number for verification. SIMPLE!!!!!! |
| barrycruan | 04-08-2014 09:19 AM | Re: So my wife has an amazon account.. I think you would have been fine with the details you first included.
But now you are saying this account could be linked to her sisters too I'd start again with stealth. Purely because do you really want to risk getting her sisters account suspended for being linked to yours?
Also you need to read amazon stealth again. I see you have purchased it but with the greatest respect there still seems to be a lot that you don't understand. You should never have let your wife log in using her sisters details. Never, ever, ever. Getting yourself linked is annoying, getting someone else's however is incredibly selfish. |

What is the best way around it? |
