Amazon Account Under Review, Still No Reply

Hi everyone, I am currently under review by Amazon. I have sent in an Appeal, which they mentioned in their message that I should expect a reply by Apr 1, 2014. However, up to now, I still have not received any reply from them. Does this mean that my account is permanently blocked from Amazon? What are the odds of passing the review?

They were a couple days late replying to mine. Got a call on the phone about it, passed, and then was reinstated. Make sure they can reach you at the number you provided on your appeal.

Btw, your ODR is 5.57%, so they may not bother with you. Even if they did, I don't believe it would be fixable, as I'm pretty sure they want you to get that below 1% within 30 days of reactivation.

That's not a review. You have been suspended.

If you have already appealed there is not much help you can be given on this.

But as mentioned above it's very unlikely that they will reinstated an account with such high odr. That is unless you only have very small amount of orders.

Did you have a bad run with poor quality items or claims ? How does this relate to orders

GreenBean - I got some shipments that arrived to the customers late, which caused some of them to make claims with me.

I still did not receive any response from Amazon. Is it safe to assume that the account is permanently banned from selling? Or should I wait longer and see?

Amazon...they are one big beast. Once you are suspended, it is always hard to appeal. It is always robotics reply from them.

But the key, action of plan. It has to be very well written.

@OP, your chances are low - start building new accounts.

Make sure you dont repeat the same problems that caused the loss of this account

this happened to me once
its like you appeal to them while youre in the review stage giving them the details they need and then after they check the details and see the metrics they decide there is an issue like high ODR in this case and then they suspend you for that reason
you just have to write a normal appeal how you would work on high odr and solve the issues and you should be fine
very strong chance of getting the account back,however like rsot mentioned spreading sales on multiple accounts will help

You will appeal and they will say sorry, or the bots will. Then write to seller support again and a human will read this. Then you have a better chance.
