Problem with Amazon Messaging

On a few occassions when I have replied to an Amazon message through my email (yahoo) it seems that Amazon has no record of receiving my responses. The last time this happenned a customer opened an AZ claim stating I never responded - but of course when I look at my sent messages folder in yahoo, the response is there.

And there is no notice that AZ rejected my email so I just assumed it made it through OK.

Has anyone else had this issue? I am going to use the Amazon messaging widget directly from now on until this problem is resolved.

So yahoo, then, is our common
denominator

I also have had this problem using yahoo.

I was surprised how quickly it began to lower my metrics.

I have since fowarded all of my incoming amazon messages to gmail address and I have not had that problem since.
