Canadian address the easy way
 

Just got off the phone with Canada Post for setting up a PO box out of city. Turns out you can have a PO box ANYWHERE in Canada with mail forwarding, and it can all be done by phone.

Leads me to the important question.
How can you get a bank account in that same city without showing up in the branch to sign the papers (business account).

Any ideas?????

I think you might be able to get td over the phone.not sure though.Td us you can make over the phone from canada and then forward them the id and other copies in mail.
If you can do the same for canadian then it'll be best for you since you can open one in canada and have its us account in US and then transfers between them cross border are free.
also try tangerine ,might work over the phone and ofcourse id and other docs in mail

Took a quick look at tangerine, and for a business account you need to send a personal cheque AND a business cheque.
Which means a new business account is out of the question.

i am not sure it would work but ive tried this once with bmo harris when i asked them if i could make the first deposit via wire instead of cheque which is possibility in your case

but is ther epossibly an issue with a cheque for the ac**** because this info is not in anyway shared with amazon

you can try cashier's cheque or certified cheque as well
