Does not help. try to open new account from different address, different IP and different bank information and different name - EVERYTHING must be new.

Yes it does help. I appealed to an account yesterday and today it's fine. It depends on what you were suspended for though.

As above. If you are suspende for a linked account or phake products it's prettying much pointless. If you have a chance to appeal then I would always do it but in over 5 years I've heard of one success story.
