This issue also happened to me this morning.

amazon reversed a payment of $6500 from my bank account due to my account getting suspended.

Please note that i also have $4500 locked up in that account already for the 90 days suspension.

Please advise me and update me with what happened to the guys who experienced this also.

I don't know what to do.

What was your suspension notice?

Is the account stealth?

Amazon reversed the funds that they sent me almost 7k dollars.

my account got suspended 5 days ago due to a linkage.

please note that i also still have a positive fund on my account of about 4k dollars.

please help and advise.

This is horrible news. So they have about 11K in total in your Amz account?

Easy to say now, but when the payment came into your bank account, it should have been moved quickly elsewhere. This is a basic safety precaution which must be followed in future.

Also, was the linking a mistake on their part or mistake on your part?

Linking must never be allowed to happen in future, otherwise they will keep stealing more money...

Yes, and the linkage was due to my ignorance of putting the same Return Address

The linkage was my own damn stupidity, my first account was shut down due to policy violation of listing against amazon page.

Yes, should I contact them about this or wait and see if the reversed payment show up back on my seller account, I have no problem waiting the 90 days I'm just scared that the funds will be lost in a transaction i cant trace.

you have already been linked. If you call them, you ask for trouble and they may delete both of your accts and the funds would be gone forever. Right now don't do anything stupid like trying to log into 2 accts multiple times with the same IP, machine. that could lead to acct deletion as well.

The reversal is automated, it normally takes 3-5 business days to show up back on your acct. Just wait and see...

Iv heard of amazon even denying funds lol. Try contacting a higher up.

no use calling them theyll deny reversing the transfer.youll have to wait till the funds already disbursed come back into your amazon acc and wait for it to show with your previous 4k balance.

When account is suspended best is to just let it sit and you will see your funds transfer in 90 days

It has been a long time since they reversed the money.

The payment finally came through, an email was also sent stating that the bank account information was deleted on your seller account, and that they need anew bank account information; account number, routing ..etc, for the funds to be disbursed on my next scheduled date.
Now my question, since this is a stealth account that got linked to my main account I presume, should I now give them my real Bank account holder name and account number ? or might I risk it being deleted if I do that. Or should I enter the same stealth information like I did the first time ?

Always use stealth info on a stealth account.
Or you will risk being linked or worse..

Use the same info, I had a similar experience recently asking to add bank details as there was no bank details in the account. Went to add bank account again and in the drop down box was the original bank account. Added this and funds came through. This was amazon.com.

Ok ill add the same exact info, I don't know why they deleted the original information. Did this happen to you exactly the same way it did to me ?

Yes I got an email requesting I add bank details when I had added them previously. Checked the account and the bank info was missing. Went to add bank account and there was a drop down box with the deleted bank details. Just reapplied these and the money came through. Just a little strange I thought at the time.

I checked and I had the same thing with the drop box, ill update this thread if anything new happened.

Yes, it made it to the bank account then it was taken out 1 day after my suspension.

Hey all the info you have been given is absolutely correct.....you must check in on the threads to keep up with NEW updates from fellow Amazon sellers. As I wish I did or I would have known that they are practicing "Reversals" now and very heavily I may add. Been with them 4 over 10 years now and this has just started. ....

But as far as listing against category pages you should be able to Appeal that. I have so many times it startles me.

To close I want to tell you what I did...Amazon reversed 21K almost 14 days after they dropped it someone filed Az Claim two to be exact back to back so the Arseholes got Nervous and boom REVERSED the funds. Well I called my Bank and complained that they violated my account. The banker representative asked me for proof that all the items were delivered. I compiled a everything receipts and all. They put the funds vack but it took 3 business days. Needless to say I went within minutes and got it all out on the advice of the bank as well and told them that Amazon steals like this all the time from innocent sellers. Hope this helps but it was a lesson well learned. Always stay one step ahead of those Buzzards!!

Thank you for sharing with us, but for me I think Im just going to wait for the 90 days suspension to wear off and get my funds after. Since this is a stealth account I am worried to rock the boat with it.

I totally understand. But remember its a stealth account yeah but tax wise that is your business under your real name and you pay taxes on all those funds regardless. So its your money point blank and period. My reversal happened in Jan towards the end of this 2013 tax year. So I downloaded my tax form and do know that 21K was undoubtedly added even though they reversed it?

So they expect us to still pay taxes on it regardless of whether they hold it for 90 days or 365 it will be on that 1040 form. And you know what else....I don't know if anyone else has experienced this but I used a stealth account that required tax id that I only made 300 or so on. It was suspended. Welll started a new stealth with the same tax id and when I downloaded my tax form this year.......they put that 300 from the suspended account on the tax form as well. So I did not know they did this?? I thought cuz I only made $300 and the account was suspended that 300 wasn't taxable but I guess if you are making taxable funds on another account any funds from a deleted account mysteriously finds it way to your new stealth account.

My account was just suspended. I had 12000 transfered to my bank last week on the 19th, did not hit my account until end of week. It is a chase business checking, transaction is not pending anymore. i have like $200 in the account now, but have about 4000 from paypal coming in. Do you think they are going to try and reverse this from a week ago. I also have around $900 in amazon from sales.
