What did you list/sell and do you have anyone else in your residence that may have been on Amazon (or neighbors) ????

What cc did you use?

Did you register on a public network?

It would appear the account has been linked, pc used before to access amazon etc, selling high risk goods. Wait for other members to chime in before you appeal.

That is a shame. Giving all real details and then getting that message come up... Did you give them your driving licence, etc... also ?

As Micky said, it must be one of those reasons.

More information is needed to give a better reason for the suspension and route to appeal.

I have had same problem 2 days before with AZ US, they straight way suspended my account even after vcc verification put me on review. Then yesterday got email from seller confirmation team and saying that 'your az acc have been reinstated'. I think its a std procedure and they pickup randomly as it didn't happened for my another 1.5 months old acc.Thanks
