Buyer moaning over 6 months later...
 

I have a buyer who bought in November 2013.

Today, they are making up f*ke claims about their item and may try and ask for money back. Over 6 months later. Never seen this before.

Just wanted to check, as I know they can not leave feedback or open A-Z claims.

Anyone have experience with sort of thing?

I had a couple of these last year. I told them there was nothing I could do and gave them the 800 number from the manufacturer if they want to take it up with them.

Yes, had one buyer who said the item was faulty, about 5 months after the purchase date. I told them its been too long, and I dont refund for items that were broken by the buyer. I tell you, I thought ebay was bad when it came to seller protection, amazon is about 3 times as worse. And its getting to be too much trouble for what its worth, the stress of knowing you could be dealing with a fraudulent buyer who has the right to get all their money back while your in the red.
