A-Z Claims (refunded)

Hi i got an a-z claim against me today and refunded stright away but its taking its time to move from the requiring action tab to the resloved tab,

im a bit concerned as i dont want amazon looking at my account or this claim,
i read that refunding the buyer would close the a-z claim automaticly but its showing as open,

it doesnt get a final check by a representitive before it closes does it?

Thanks

Tough to say 100% that is doesnt....in general, as I have seen it, if the process is handled smoothly by seller, it should be fine - allow time for the update to show

Amazons computers look for certain keywords in feedback and in customer correspondence and im pretty sure this would be the case with an AZ. Things like the buyer saying it's phake. Also refunding a claim does not mean the az will just disappear. It still counts against your metrics and will always be on file.
