From my understanding it seems that Amazon is looking for sellers of new dvds to be those connected with wholesalers. I do not have the capital right now, and the margins aren't good enough, so I will buy used dvds from deals I can find both online and offline.
If Amazon asks for source of inventory will this fly for these used dvds?
Is there a benefit to selling used rather than new? Is an account less likely to get flagged? I'm just concerned that Amazon is cracking down on new sellers selling brand new items without wholesale connections.

More will depend on customer feedback. If anyone breaks out the C word or F word, it will not be good.
I have no reason to think there are any problems since everything I've purchased (used or new) was either from a store or from sellers with pristine feedback.

So why your created this thread in the first place???
Hi,Tony ,he might just want to get some more info about it and he is not sure about it,so i think from this point it makes sence to created this thread.
Well that's the thing. If the account goes under review and Amazon asks for invoices from supplier and I tell them I have multiple sources in the grey market, not sure that will fly with them. You don't have to do anything wrong to get suspended it seems. I just wanted to know whether or not Amazon only wanted sellers who have wholesale/studio connections on their site when it comes to dvds.
That is how I got going on amazon and I really think it kept me under the radar. I never had any reviews and then started selling other items. It is a legit account, just FYI :D
