Amazon Europe Payments Account; They Want My VAT?

I am just a private seller, not a business, but Amazon wants my VAT registration number, but I don't have any (not a business, just a student who does this as a sidejob next to studies):

Yes, they say you have to submit it only if it is yours, but I can't find anything about private sellers who don't have a VAT number, and how they should fill in the form :(

Do not tick the box to accept the VAT agreement if you don't have a VAT number.
