Does amazon ban names?
 

I read online somehwere that Amazon doesnt ban your name since multiple can have the same name. Does this mean, that if someone has his social banned, that he can create an EIN as a sole propier, and then use his name with that EIN for Amazon? Obv using all other info as stealth (i.e. bank, address etc...)

Yes that's correct, making sure diffenrt computer (or reinstalling windows to make sure no accidentally link to previous account )

Not a wise idea to do this.

There is still a chance of the repeat use of the NAME will flag the account.

Again, I repeat something that I got taught by aspkin......

amazon looks for similarities.

same name would be that.

Proceed with caution. I would avoid the method, personally.

whats an alternate method if you dont want it be an issue when you hit 20k and amazon requires an SSN or EIN? I dont want to go the route of LLC or corporation...

Bluntly, the alternative will be multiple accounts.

And you need to accept you are earning money so taxes need to be paid.

I usually get asked for tax info after a couple weeks. You can not expect to make much without being able to not give tax info.
