Which would be better to use for Amazon?

Which also has the lease costs to setup, maintain, and least with regards to paperwork, especially for tax season...

Corporations usually have much more paperwork to be filed than LLC's do. But which one is best for you depends on your personal situation. You should probably speak with a tax professional as there are many variables involved.

Might I suggest you stop making a different thread for this entire venture.

You are not going to be able to keep all responses together.


Just my suggestion is to tell us what you think you would like to do when you make a new stealth account.

I do LLC S-Corp


Don't try and do it yourself. Seek advice of a small business attorney.

I tried to do it myself and was paying $10,000 more in taxes than I had to.

This is a perfect example of why you don't want to be cheap with everything. Being frugal and being cheap are NOT the same thing.

Being frugal means researching tax advisors and picking one who is competent and charges reasonable fees. That is just being smart.

Being cheap means you don't want to pay a dime, so you do it yourself and it ends up costing you more money, as in the example above, or creating a legal problem for you.

Sometimes cheap is dear.

I opened up a Partnership the other day, and my stealth account was suspended. Its only a week since i created the EIN. Is it easy to close?
