Amazon Tax Interview
 

Hello:
i'm registered on amazon.com, i used USA address, USA phone number and a credit card to verify my account, i use Payoneer to withdraw my funds i'm doing very good on amazon but amazon is asking me for a tax interview i have 2 questions
1.i'm from canada so, shall i declare myself as non resident USA?
2. or i register a LLC and give that EIN to amazon?
i would really really appreciate any help in this concern.

It's very much like what you were told when you made the enquiries regarding your paypal/ebay accounts.

The tax info you need is not what the forum has the skills to offer.
Look at this site

It's free to use.

It is even more difficult if you are not in Canada. You need to be careful

Off course declare yourself as a non US resident unless you want to pay US taxes.

off course i'm going to consult tax advisor i'm just asking what is the best LLC or shall i declare as non US Resident, if i declare as Non Us Resident the address on my amazon is USA would that make any difference?

This is basic question, he is a non US citizen so common sense says he declares himself as a non US citizen. Its not tax advice just answering a simple question
