Since when? I got A-Z claims with FBA, claiming my items were ⊗⊗⊗⊗. That's why I got suspended a year ago and ALL my items were sent via FBA.

Just a quick update on this which may help others in the same position. Nothing earth shattering here but I was so grateful for the help that I got that I would like to try and do the same.

The things I did which worked for me (though may not work for everyone!) were...

In your appeal admit total liability and use the Amazon template to cover the points needed.

I did get 3 negs post reinstatement. When the buyers did not answer my request to change feedback (following a refund AND replacement) I sent a hand written card with a grovelling message and a crispy £5 note (suggesting they have drink on me for the hassle). All 3 then changed the feedback.

I added tracking info for EVERYTHING.

I emailed all new orders asking to email me back if there were any problems at all

I emailed all old orders asking for feedback

Sent everything next day by 1st class, though advertised it as 2nd class

Purchased in bulk some cheap games from zoverstocks/estocks and chucked the manuals to keep post costs down and sold cheap. This increased my sales volume to give me some buffer to enable me to stay under the 1% marks.

Drove down my response time with ZERO post 24 hour responses

Emailed Amazon from one seller who left a neg and promised to change it but did not. They removed it for me.

Zero seller cancellations or late despatch
