Customers complaining about delivery

What to do with customers who constantly complain about delivery taking so long, while the estimated delivery date is not even approached, or still within 2-3 WEEKS ''window'' ?

Have an email template ready to go apologising but explaining they accepted the estimated delivery date upon purchase which is .......copy and paste estimate here. Works for me.
