How about using the Tor browser would ghat get you shut down quick ? Are you hidden with a different ip just asking.

I read about it before. Never tried it. Youll be connecting to the Tor network though. That alone will ruffle ebay feathers. If you try it though let me know how it goes.

no dont use tor,
tor will hide your ip,
you "need" a ip, for ebay/amazon,
a simple dongle would change ip every time its been turned on or off, or also many routers/modem
aswell as many vps, but TOR is a total NO :)

Amazon and Ebay/Paypal can detect that you are using TOR, TOR simply protects you and your personal information/location, ect, ect, but does NOTHING to hide the fact that you are hiding behind TOR, for this reason alone you will lose accounts
