For example if you use gmail, you'll see Google's mail server IPs, same with Yahoo or any email service. The email starts from your device and is than routed to a 3rd party email server.. this is one of the reasons why we suggest GMail or other 3rd party email service providers.
If you're using thunderbird/outlook it can be configured in such a way that it's not routed through the email service provider so that's why I suggest testing it. |
