What do you mean flagged? Did you get a review?

The 750 rule is not conclusive and set in stone.

It depends on what you are selling, using FBA, feedback received, etc...

My personal rule on Amazon is sell what you want. Eventually in the first 3 weeks you will go under review. Stop selling wait a month or two. you will pass review unless you had a bad sale. Start selling again, you will 50% of the time get reviewed again in a couple months. Stop selling again for a month and then you are good to go for about 6 months. Depending on what you are selling, the next review will probably result in getting kicked off.
If You are lucky, just like Ebay you will get an account that does not get reviewed. But this only happens maybe 10% of the time. Its totally random. Its a process. I feel you need 6 Amazon accounts to sell continuously. When you loose one start another and rotate it into the mix.

Re: 28 day $750 period

Ive had the best luck letting an account age for 90 - 120 days before selling on it. I list one item for triple retail so it never sells. After 90 - 120 days, sell as much as I want. No problems.

Recently, i threw caution to the wind, and sold items on a new account. First two deposits were about $2400. No problems. Next deposit was $7800 and i was flagged for a review one day before my disbursment.

So the velosity limits must be between $2400 - $7800 before triggering a review on a new account.

On aged accounts i have had dispersememts of $20,000 plus, no problems.

Cant conclude this just because it happened on one or a few accounts - careful on spreading this idea

True rsot. I should add that my previous post certainly is not absolute. It is simple theory at best... an interesting observation.

I have Pro account, selling without problems for 4-5 months, almost 10K per month. Never had negative feedback, only 3 positive feedback, 5 stars, 100 scale. Important: always respond to customers' messages within the first 24 hrs. Make sure your photo quality is good, the description is matching the products you sell. Make sure to include your direct contact info, in case the buyer wants to return. Make returns "behind the back" of the Amazon. Yes, you will lose few dollars, since you will pay back the full amount, which includes Amazon's commission, but you will continue selling. And yes, make sure you are selling good product!
Another note. If you HAVE to ship using the USPS or other shipping company's services outside the Amazon software (I had a situation like that, because the buyer's address wasn't correct in his Amazon account, I had to make my own research), Confirm the shipment AFTER the shipping company scans the bar code. Amazon HATES, when the shipment was confirmed before it was shipped. I've got a warning few days ago. One customer, that buys from me frequently, has his address with a regular zip code, but the country is wrong (Instead of the USA it says US Islands somewhere, whatever) As a good samaritan and a responsible seller, I was able to locate the guy's address on Google maps, even saw his house :)
I paid the USPS more than I would on Amazon, but made sure the deal is sealed. This happened twice with the same buyer. Few weeks later Amazon (someone from Pakistan) sent me a policy violation warning. This made me mad. I didn't let it go, so I sat down and wrote them back with the whole story and with evidence, showing the transaction numbers, the fact that I even paid almost double for the shipment, etc. Now IF this happened again, I will make sure the shipment information is available on the USPS site, THEN will confirm. I am not going to jeopradize my good business because of some nonsense. Be careful, play by rules

How are you guys selling beyond the 50 transaction limit

the tax Id message warns of of going beyond 50 transactions

Is it possible to go beyond the 50 transactions limit with being banned
I always stop at around 40 transactions

You need to register a Professional account, as a business. Amazon will charge you $39/mo, you will need a legal entity or a DBA.
This is much better if you are selling everyday and generating decent revenue.
