Several duplicate UPC numbers
 

I'm sure many others have seen this. When listing under a known UPC, when you first search for it, several of the same exact item/UPC are available for the choosing. Up to a dozen, sometimes. And in categories a seller cannot sell in/needs approval for or, items the brand owner prohibits/limits but, just below in the results are same item/UPC which allow any seller to list a category restricted item.

My advise: buy your own UPC codes in bulk. You will never have problems when listing your items.

if you have your own, you are better long term.

Actually, what I am referring to are when a product, under the same UPC, are being used more than once, by many other sellers.. A real example: after entering the UPC for Supr-Dupr-Widget, giving the option for a seller to select the item that matches the sellers. But their would be several of the exact same UPC , (same color, same size, etc) scattered on amazon the differences are higher price minus the product reviews. ((Oversaturated&lowpricesss)).....

I am not knowledgeable about what you guys said but yeah I have heard about buying new codes whatever it is so maybe what you all are saying is why their are duplicate , triplicate UPCs...so now ill shudup=)
