Using DBA or LLC and EIN to pay taxes.
 

I want to pay taxes on my Ebay and Amazon accounts. What is the best
way of going about this through ghost?

I understand these elements of need:

DBA/LLC/EIN
New phone number
Business address

Is there a way when I sign up for ebay and or Amazon that I don't have to
use a false name? Or at least when I put in my credit card info that has my bank info can that be used for my name and address for verification on amazon
Paypal or ebay?

Also will the payout to my bank account use my DBA/LLC name and not an alternative name if that's not possible.

Thank you to anyone that would have any experience using this process that I have been contemplating for six months.

1. Forum deals with stealth - if you use real info again, you risk linking and account being lost. So all info including name should be different. Have you used Amazon before with real info?

2. Payout uses whatever name you provide e.g. X Y DBA.

I have always used ⊗⊗⊗⊗ names.
I guess I more curious if the deposit into my business account will
show the LLC or DBA name.

Also is it possible to put in the LLC or DBA credit card with the name
of the business and the address attached for the location of the DBA and
LLC?

It will be a PO box suite from USPS with the business name that I will take to open a business bank account. I'm doing this through Legal Zoom.

If I don't do this through Legal zoom and go through the Gov website to create
a LLC or DBA with a EIN in NYS and I go over the 20,000 I'm a bit fearful of the fact that I will have to pay enormous fee's for the LLC since it's not registered in NYS less worried about the DBA. IN NYS you have to put all that info into the paper, takes about 3-4 months for a LLC and costs about 1,500 all together.
The DBA very minor cost.

Any thoughts on this? I really appreciate your responding.


I have not yet have had to pay taxes on an account like this I have one right now set up with a LLC, EIN in Texas with all info validated buy my user info
on the GOV site myself. I will not let this one hit 20,000

I would like to have an account that I do pay taxes so I can claim to show business so in the future it will be easier to get out loans, House, Car, etc.

Just to quickly answer a couple of your questions, you can use the LLC name for literally everything. You can have the bank account be under that name, your Amazon account be under that name, everything. Think of it as its own person. It can get loans, credit cards, buy a house, etc.

Can you be more specific as it pertains to amazon's tax form? I setup the IRS info in a different name and business llc name but you have to give the irs website your real name and a SS# to get a EIN#. I put the amazon stealth name and the llc name created on the irs website and they still declined the info. Have you successful input stealth info and irs LLC name into amazon tax form and successfully had it go through?

Well if by stealth info you mean LLC name, LLC address, LLC EIN number, and LLC bank account (all legit info) then yes, I put that info in successfully without any issues. You really have to stop thinking that you're trying to sneak in the backdoor here. People have legit LLC's and operate their Amazon account through their LLC's.

In order to get a EIN #, you have to give the IRS website your real name and SS#, if your real name and SS# info was banned by amazon, will they ban you if you give them your new EIN# and your banned name as they ask you this info. I gave them my LLC name and address and stealth name I setup with the Amazon account. They said it does not match and said to send the info again. The only difference is that I had to use my real name to get the EIN#. Did you use your stealth name or real name with amazon?

Ok so I am confused by your previous question.. From what I understand if you use a stealth account John Doe on ebay and paypal when getting EIN you use John doe and your ypur reall SSN correct??

What exactly is the process for creating EIN for stealth account??

also one of the senior members here told me an LLC is overkill..do you believe that to be true?
