Reloadable visa or bank account?

Which ones are good for amazon, I have already gotten an accountnow visa but this is with bancorp and I read bad things on forum about them and walmart money card which is now with geendot which the forum says it don't like mismatch names. Any ideas which one would not give problems?

Re: Reloadable visa or bank account?

It's better to use a real bank account that is more friendly to mismatch names. Most of these prepaid cards with attached bank accounts don't like mismatch names.

Chase, TD Bank, BOA are all good banks for mismatch names

My real bank is with ally bank, I can't a new real account because of checksystems. Ally bank worked with a small transfer from a stealth paypal recently. I read that it wasn't friendly on this site but I am wondering what is everyone else's experience with it. ALso an HSBC advanced savings which I can't log into online because I forgot my password and calling the bank you need your account which is only online. ANy of these good? I would like it much better if I can use reloadable card. does anyone know any?

I've never tried that, banks are generally best way to go whenever possible.

Due to other reasons ALL i use are Pre-paids (Ebay though) Have tried experimenting with alot of them to see which are best, Stay away from Metabank Pre-paids they tend to dislike Mismatch names.

I really dont like posting which ones work on here but if you do some more Search Functions you might find which ones I am talking about, if not hit me up on a PM and might be able to help you more.

Don't use a mismatched name. Use a business name because it's easier to explain and if they hod your money it would be easier to get back the funds.

This is the first I'm hearing about TD not being good for mismatch names. I have a few accounts w/ them for quite some time and never had issues. If TD is no good anymore, I will seek other banks.

I have serve, I have used it for eBay but on an account that was close to my real name , so it wasn't a totally different name

The sub accounts can be used as VCC , u can open I think 5 or 7 and you put any name, and use the address you have access to when u order

Than u will receive the card in the mail with whatever name u put on it and than u can easily change the address to another stealth

So u basically have a VCC that can be used on another account because the cards info will just have the name and whatever address u put

Just when ordering make sure u use an address u have access to, and after receiving u can change the info

Money , you can add from your main account to your sub accounts

But they do not have an account and routing number so it is just a VCC

Serve is also good to if you have a credit card your able to add $200 a day and $1000 a month and it goes in as a purchase not a cash advance

So if you have a card with 0% Apr for the next year your able to get points on cash advances

I know this works with cap one cards and chase freedom, where ur not charged for cash advance
