At least ebay doesn't delete accounts, so you got to weigh the benefits and disadvantages.

Hi glacier922, i'm sorry but i'm confused, what's the difference between deleted account and suspended account? Because for me it's like already a deleted account because i can no longer log in to the site. Or is it just me that can't log in?

Deleted account is when amazon steals your money, whatever you have left in the account. Someone on here said he's lost about 16,000 dollars from a deleted account. PayPal on the other hand is not as evil, they just hold your money for at worse 180 days.

Ok i get, that's too terrible. Why amazon does that kind of thing. Do they have right to do that? Or can they be sued for doing that?

AZ and EB don't have to let you do sh!t. So, I will just stop your silly conversation before it even gets started. You have a lot to learn if you think there are laws that say a website has to legally allow you to use their services.

Second, and the reason why we are forced to live the stea/lth life, is that EB and AZ are not nice because there are millions of a$$holes trying to sell ill/egal sh!t every day on their platforms. They have to protect themselves and their customers. So, before you go whining about why they do not hesitate to take action on people they suspect are running ille/gal operations, you need to really take a step back and think about their point of view.

People are sh!t, as any experienced seller knows from all the a$$holes trying to get refunds/chargebacks just so they can have free products. EB, AZ and PP have only responded to these people and their actions appropriately just as you do when you run into people trying to take advantage of you and whatever you may be selling.

@theapple, forum deals with stealth account creation and not so much on IP infringement - want to deal with this properly and, if you are genuine about it, go for professional help e.g. lawyer

You are making up stories. You are not accurate here at all.

amazon defined their selling terms.

When a seller joined amazon THEY agreed to abide by the T&S.

amazon therefore takes what action it wants. They decide to protect themsevles & retain funds.

And you are not accurate about paypal. You are basing what you know on what you have seen here.

paypal has retained millions of dollars of funds from sellers.

Each is a corporation that does what it wants to keep control.

We mere women may talk a lot, but if men listened the first time, maybe we wouldn't have to repeat ourselves? :thumb:

I'm wondering if the contact e-mail they furnished you contains "brand protection" in it. That's what I got and I never got a reply to my e-mail asking to be approved.

There is a web site Brand Protections that appears to be the source of this. I left a message on their voice mail. No return call yet.

Welcome to the forums - leaving a message may not get returned....registered mail is treated as being received. But all the best - hope for some update from you

I recently had a long conversation with real IP lawyer at a friend's party a couple months ago. Man I was blown away at the sums of money involved in IP litigation.

I am a graphic designer/Poster artist and I have had a ton of my copyrighted work ripped off, not all by basement guys either.

If this complaint is BS I suggest you contact an IP lawyer in the Northern district of Texas and sue them. That district is known for being friendly to IP related cases.

It's hard to tell though from what you posted, if they are alledging copyright or trademark violation, that makes big difference.

Fight on ! Cheers!
