Amazon first disbursement

Bit confused about Amazon and their disbursements

As I understand you get you first Amazon payment 30 days after you sign up?, or is it 30 days after you sell your first item, or 30 days after you add your bank account

My funds are due to disburse on the 30th of August, but there is a fat disburse button willing me to click it.

I have had instances in the past where I have clicked it, the disbursement has been £0 and then it pushed my disbursement forward another day Eg. 31st August.

Can anyone explain?

Don't go crazy with the disburse button on a new account, it will send it into review. Build up some good feedback first.

Yeah if first payment comes on the 30th day then i dont eant to risk by trying to disburse earlier than that

Is this a pro account or standard. If you go to reports along the top, then payments this will give you the disbursement date. You can if your account is new and verified by amazon payments disburse daily using the disburse now button

I have both standard and pro accounts(all in EU countries) the disburse button is on all accounts and the accounts are new.

So if the account is new and payments have been disbursed before then i can disburse manually?

I don't have that button... :smash:

I have to wait 2 weeks for the money to be sent to me, and then about 4 days for it to reach my account... :argue:

Yes you can, thats why the button is there. This is EU legislation that amazon cannot hold your funds.

Amazon is currently updating and verifying all EU accounts, soon they will ask you for information to maintain an amazon payments account. You have 60 days to submit the info. Once passed you will have the button.

Some, I have it on 2 accounts but not on my other ones. No idea and not willing to ask the question.

I had a new account with information accepted which had low feedback. Within 10 minutes of requesting a manual withdrawal my account went into review.

So I know this does happen.

Just saw answer above - time delay

Re: Amazon first disbursement

I would imagine it was just a coincidence that the account went in review when you drew down the money. How long ago was this?

Re: Amazon first disbursement

This was two months ago. It was 10 minutes after the transfer. I have the manual button on all my other established accounts and never had this problem. Only the newer one with low feedback.
