but can you ask a seller to send you their TM? they obviously will not, so if they do not what is procedure then?

If they do have a TM as they claim, then they will have a reg number that can be verified at uspto(dot)gov

Tell them that you are happy to remove your offer from thier detail page, but first you would like to verify thier TM registration number. Its likely they wont provide one.

I ask the seller for theirs and they willing sent it to me. but they don't they are probably bluffing trying to scare you.
